Dermacare Cosmetic Surgery is owned and operated by board certified
physicians. Our surgeon, Gael L. DeRouin, D.O., has over 20 years of
training and experience and performs our facial plastic surgeries and our
liposuction procedures. Our medical director,
Pamela L. DeRouin, M.D.,
is responsible for all the laser and aesthetic skin treatments and is an
expert with Botox, Juvederm and laser skin rejuvenation.
The surgical, laser and aesthetic skills of our physician team enable us
to offer a full array of cosmetic procedures for complete rejuvenation.
Our licensed Aestheticians have been hand-picked and have extensive
training and experience in the use of lasers for safe and effective
treatments on all types of skin conditions.

Dr. Pamela DeRouin is a board certified physician who has
practiced in the Phoenix area since 1999.
She first attended the University of Georgia, where she graduated
Cum Laude with a bachelor of science in biology / chemistry.
After receiving her Doctorate of Medicine at the Medical University
of South Carolina in Charleston, she completed a Family Medicine
Internship at the University of California-Irvine. Dr.
DeRouin then completed an Emergency Medicine Residency program at
East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.

Pamela DeRouin, MD is board certified in Emergency Medicine by
the American College of Emergency Physicians and has published
chapters in major emergency medicine text books.
Dr. DeRouin has a special interest in aesthetic and anti-aging
medicine. As a co-owner and medical director of the clinic,
Dr. DeRouin is responsible for all aesthetic and laser services and
has developed an expertise with Botox, dermal fillers and laser
resurfacing treatments. She looks forward to meeting with
patients on a personal level and helping each patient achieve the
results they are striving for.
Through Dr. Pamela DeRouin's non-invasive laser and aesthetic
treatments and Dr. Gael DeRouin's surgical procedures, we are able
to offer a comprehensive array of services for cosmetic
rejuvenation.

Dr. Gael DeRouin is board certified in both
Otolaryngology (Head & Neck Surgery) and Facial Plastic &
Reconstructive Surgery. These
board certifications require that a physician complete an additional
5 years of specialized surgical training after medical school
learning the complexities of head and neck anatomy and the art of
facial plastic surgery.

Throughout his distinguished career,
Dr. Gael DeRouin has held numerous leadership positions in several
medical institutions including Department Chairman, Chief of
Surgery, Clinical Professor as well as Program Director for training
resident physicians in Head & Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic
Surgery.
Dr. DeRouin has been a member of the American Academy of
Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and the American Academy of
Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. DeRouin is a well accomplished surgeon with
over 20 years of training and experience. He has performed hundreds
of cosmetic surgeries and is one of the most experienced facelift
surgeons in the state.
